Yes. All direct bookings with Top Tier Properties include secure, encrypted payment processing and verified reservation details through our Top Tier Guest Assurance system.
How do payments work?
Payments are processed securely through our trusted payment processor, Stripe, which uses industry-leading encryption, fraud protection, and security safeguards to protect your information.
Your payment is handled through a secure checkout process and recorded against your confirmed reservation. This ensures your booking details are protected and that eligible refunds can be issued smoothly in accordance with our cancellation policy if your plans change.
We never store full payment details, and all transactions are protected using modern, bank-level security standards.
Will I receive confirmation after booking?
Yes. Once your booking is completed, you’ll receive an automated email to include your Booking confirmation receipt, Payment Receipt, and reservation details.
What if I need help during my stay?
Our team is available before, during, and after your stay to assist with questions, access, or unexpected issues.
How does this compare to booking through Airbnb or Vrbo?
