Every direct booking with T2 Properties comes with:

Cancellation & Refund Assurance
Guests who cancel within T2 Properties’ cancellation guidelines are eligible for a full refund of all payments made, in accordance with the terms of their reservation.
This means:
If your plans change and your cancellation qualifies under our policy, you receive 100% of your eligible payment back
Refunds are processed through the original payment method securely and efficiently
No platform intermediaries — you work directly with the T2 team
