T2 Property (Top Tier Property Management) is associated with the properties or its affiliates as operator of the buildings as owners or managers of the units or suites for which T2 Property offers on their website. Any rental activity through T2 Properties is conducted in partnership of such parties and the buildings operation.

CHECK-IN AND CHECKOUT PROCESS

The check in - check out process is exactly the same as going through Airbnb or Vrbo as the address of your selected property will be sent to you along with check-in instructions once your booking has been confirmed.

All of our properties are self check-in. However a representative can also be available to meet you upon arrival at your request.

All hotel like amenities are available to our guests such as the use of the gym, rooftop, etc.

 

We are pleased that you have booked your stay with us, and we wanted to share a few important items with you regarding your stay. Based on how many nights you are staying with us we have supplied your room with the appropriate number of towels, linen, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, free water bottles, toilet paper, etc. You will find the additional stock of these items under the sinks in the bathrooms. Further, the linen, pillows and blankets for the sleeper sofa beds are stored on the bottom shelf in the closet.

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING

Should you wish to have daily housekeeping you can call (415) 737-3050 and there will be an extra cost for any housekeeping that is provided.

HOUSEKEEPING IS SERVICED BY T2 PROPERTIES. HOUSEKEEPERS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FROM 10:00AM THRU 7:00PM WITH 24 HR NOTICE AND ADDITIONAL COST. 

T2 PROPERTIES CLEANING TEAM PHONES ARE AVAILABLE FROM 9:00AM – 7:00PM DAILY SHOULD YOU REQUIRE ASSISTANCE. ANY CALLS AFTER 7:00PM WILL BE HANDLED THE FOLLOWING DAY.

IF YOUR RESERVATION IS WITHIN A RESIDENTAIL COMUNAL SPACE DO NOT CALL THE FRONT DESK AS THEY WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ASSIST YOU WITH ANY HOUSEKEEPING ISSUES.

Should you require anything other than housekeeping you can call (415) 737-3050 from 7:00AM – 7:00PM Monday thru Friday and 8:00AM thru 4:00PM Saturday & Sunday. If it is after business hours leave a voicemail and we will call, you the next day.

Please note that there is no smoking or vaping of any kind in the room. Balcony only. T2 Properties has a zero tolerance if any smell of smoke, physical evidence or tampering with smoke detectors is found during your stay. You will be escorted off the property and there will be a mandatory fee of $500 for the deep cleaning that will have to be done.

  • Cancel 3–6 days before check-in: 50% refund

  • Cancel within 48 hours of check-in: No refund

  • Cancel 14+ days before check-in: Full refund

  • Cancel 7–13 days before check-in: 50% refund

  • Cancel less than 7 days before check-in: No refund

  • If you leave early: 50% refund for unused nights

  • Cancel 30+ days before check-in: Full refund
