How Your Complimentary Airport Service Works
Book Your Stay Direct
Reserve your stay directly through T2 Properties to access eligible direct-booking guest benefits, including our Complimentary Airport Transportation service.
Select Your Transportation at Checkout
During checkout, choose Complimentary Airport Pickup, Complimentary Airport Drop-Off, or select both for arrival and departure transportation.
You'll also select the number of passengers traveling.
Receive Your Transportation Form
Once we receive your reservation and see that Airport Pickup, Airport Drop-Off, or both have been selected, we'll send you your Airport Transportation Form.
The form will request your flight information and provide instructions for completing the next step.
Share Your Flight Details
Complete your transportation form with the requested arrival and/or departure flight information and other travel details needed to coordinate your service.
We Coordinate the Details
Once your completed form is received, our team will use your travel information to coordinate your transportation and provide the instructions you'll need for your scheduled service.

Is airport transportation really complimentary?
Yes. Complimentary Airport Transportation is available with eligible direct reservations when selected during checkout, subject to the applicable service terms and availability.
Where do I request airport transportation?
During checkout, you'll see options for Complimentary Airport Pickup and Complimentary Airport Drop-Off. Select the service or services you would like before completing your reservation.
Can I select both pickup and drop-off?
Yes. If you would like transportation for both your arrival and departure, select both options during checkout.
Do I need my flight information when I book?
No. First, select your desired airport transportation service during checkout. After we receive your reservation, we'll send you a separate Airport Transportation Form where you can provide your flight information.
What happens after I book?
Once your reservation is received and your airport service selection is confirmed, you'll receive a form requesting the travel information needed to coordinate your transportation.
How many passengers can the service accommodate?
The airport transportation service can accommodate up to 6 passengers, with room for approximately 4–6 suitcases, depending on luggage size and passenger configuration.
What if my flight changes?
If your flight information changes after submitting your form, please contact T2 Properties as soon as possible so we can review the updated travel information.
Are there any additional charges?
The airport transportation service itself is complimentary for eligible reservations. Early-morning or late-night pickups or drop-offs between 10 PM and 6 AM may incur a $15 surcharge.
Is airport transportation automatically arranged?
No. Airport transportation must be selected during checkout. After booking, the required transportation form must also be completed so we have the travel information needed to coordinate your service.
