We understand that plans can change. Here’s how cancellations work based on the length of your stay:

🔹 Short-Term Stays (2–6 nights)

  • Cancel 7+ days before check-in: Full refund

  • Cancel 3–6 days before check-in: 50% refund

  • Cancel within 48 hours of check-in: No refund

🔹 Mid-Term Stays (7–29 nights)

  • Cancel 14+ days before check-in: Full refund

  • Cancel 7–13 days before check-in: 50% refund

  • Cancel less than 7 days before check-in: No refund

  • If you leave early: 50% refund for unused nights

🔹 Long-Term Stays (30+ nights)

  • Cancel 30+ days before check-in: Full refund

  • Cancel 15–29 days before check-in: 50% refund

  • Cancel less than 15 days before check-in: No refund

  • After check-in: 14-day notice required to shorten stay; we’ll refund 50% of unused nights after that notice
